1. The short version

Castwright is built to be private: most tools process your files on your own device, in your browser. Those files are never uploaded to us.

2. What we collect

Files you process: for on-device tools — nothing leaves your browser. For server-assisted features, the file or text needed for that task is processed transiently and not stored longer than needed to return your result.
Account data (Pro): your email address and subscription status, used to provide your plan.
Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. See Paddle's privacy policy.
Basic analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics (such as page views) to improve the Service.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use your files to train AI models.
We do not send marketing email without your consent.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use only what is needed to run the Service — for example remembering your tool settings locally and keeping you signed in to a Pro account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing abdul@gethaseeb.com; we respond within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us at the address below to exercise them.
