Free first, pay only if it fits

Castwright's tools are free to try without an account, so you can fully evaluate the Service before subscribing to Pro.

Refunds on Pro subscriptions

14-day guarantee: if Pro is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full.
Renewals: if a monthly renewal was charged by mistake and Pro features were not used in that new period, we will refund the renewal — just contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Faults: if a defect on our side keeps you from using paid features and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected period.

How to request a refund

Email abdul@gethaseeb.com from the address used at checkout, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method — typically within 5-10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time; access to Pro continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling stops all future charges.
