1. Who we are

Castwright ("the Service") is a browser-based media toolkit operated by Abdul Haseeb ("we", "us"). Contact: abdul@gethaseeb.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. The service

Castwright provides free and paid ("Pro") media tools that run primarily in your web browser. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing and applicable taxes, and its buyer terms also apply to purchases.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to process content you have no right to use.
You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service or circumvent usage limits.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to files you process with Castwright. Most tools process files entirely on your device; where a server-assisted feature is used, your data is processed only to deliver that feature and is not sold or used to train models.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
